Backed by a 36-month/36,000-mile warranty, our ASE and ASE Master Certified technicians provide expert care using state-of-the-art equipment in our fully staffed, 10-bay facility. From diagnostics and brake repair to A/C and transmission services, we handle it all with precision and attention to detail.
Founded by Tyler Watchorn, an L1 Advanced Certified Master Technician, in 2015, New LIFE Automotive began in Tyler’s home garage and later expanded into a two-bay shop as demand grew. In 2018, Tyler and his father, Rick, purchased the current location at 354 E Main St., Franklin, NC, solidifying their commitment to serving the local community. With Rick managing administrative duties and DeAnne handling secretary and sales roles, the shop quickly earned a reputation for trust and quality.
The team expanded strategically in 2019 with the addition of technician Tyler Stelline and David Henson as sales and service manager. In 2020, Logan McCoy, a master technician, joined the team, bringing advanced expertise to the shop.
In 2021, David became a partner and shop foreman, and the business welcomed Michael Madden to support its growth. The team grew again in 2022, and in 2023, Taylor York joined the general services department, while Jesse Ramirez became a bilingual service advisor. In 2024, Nolan Stone joined the team as a general service technician, further strengthening our commitment to high-quality service.
